Talkora is strictly intended for users aged 18 years and older. This application provides adult-oriented social features including live voice chat rooms, gifting, and social messaging.
Minors (persons under the age of 18) are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using this application in any capacity.
By using Talkora, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately and permanently removed without notice.
Talkora has a strict zero-tolerance policy against any content or behaviour that endangers, exploits, or sexualises children. This includes but is not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind — images, video, audio, or text
- Sexual content, messages, or conversations involving minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or enticement of minors
- Any attempt to arrange in-person contact with a minor
- Sharing or requesting personal information of minors
- Content that normalises, glorifies, or promotes the harm of children
Users who violate this policy will be permanently banned and reported to the relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies.
We take active steps to prevent underage use and child exploitation on our platform:
- Word Filtering: All chat messages are automatically scanned for harmful or explicit content
- In-App Reporting: Every user profile has a Report button accessible at any time
- 24-Hour Moderation: All user reports are reviewed within 24 hours
- Account Banning: Accounts violating child safety rules are permanently banned immediately upon discovery
- Law Enforcement Cooperation: We cooperate fully and promptly with law enforcement agencies when required
- NCMEC Reporting: Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
- Data Preservation: We preserve relevant account data to support law enforcement investigations

All users of Talkora must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Not share, request, or distribute any content involving minors in a sexual context
- Not attempt to identify, contact, or arrange meetings with minors
- Not share personal information of any minor on the platform
- Report any suspected underage user to our team immediately
- Comply with all applicable local and international laws regarding online communication and child safety
Violation of these rules results in immediate permanent account termination and may result in referral to law enforcement. No appeals will be considered for child safety violations.
